Air conditioning contractor serving Globe, AZ since 2022

Cobre Valley Air LLC was founded in 2022 after watching a troubling pattern play out across Arizona. Private equity firms were buying up small HVAC contractors one by one, and the result was the same every time: prices went up, quality went down, and homeowners were left dealing with salespeople more focused on upselling than on fixing the actual problem.

We started this company because we knew there was a better way. Our focus from day one has been on doing honest, high-quality work for the people who live and work in the communities we serve. That means Globe, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, San Tan, Florence, Mesa, Queen Valley, and Queen Creek. These are our neighbors, and we treat them that way.

One of the biggest changes we made was how we pay our technicians. Our team is paid salary, not commission. That matters more than it might sound. A commission-based tech has a financial reason to recommend the most expensive fix or the biggest new system. Our techs have no such pressure. They diagnose honestly, explain clearly, and recommend only what your home actually needs.

We handle HVAC installation, HVAC repair, HVAC maintenance, furnace installation, furnace repair, water heater installation, mini split installation, and mini split repair. Whether your system quit overnight or you want to stay ahead of the Arizona heat with a maintenance visit, we are available around the clock. We operate 24/7 because equipment does not break on a schedule.

We are a licensed contractor (License #339078) serving the greater Globe and East Valley areas. Our goal is simple: give you a straight answer, do the work right, and leave your home better than we found it. No pressure, no inflated quotes, no chasing a sales number.
